Health Guarantee 15 days against any viruses
1 . The puppy/ kitten is guaranteed to be in a good health at the time of sale.
2 . The puppy/kitten will be up to date on shots and de-worming at the time of picking up. It is very important that you continue the vaccinations if needed and de-worming every 3 months. Please do not expose your puppy to other dogs that are not vaccinated until he/she has completed the entire vaccination.
3 . In case if you take the puppy/kitten to any clinic and they do any additional vaccine which is not told by us, the guarantee will be cancelled because it maybe affects the immune system.
4 . The puppy/kitten will have been vet checked and deemed in a good health at the time of sale.
5 . This guarantee will cover any health issues caused by Distemper, Parvo, Hepatitis and Corona for the first 15 days (puppies).
6 . This guarantee does not cover any health issues caused by Coccidia, Giardia and Kennel Cough (puppies).
7 . This guarantee does not cover any health issues caused by neglect or injury from the buyer.
8 . This guarantee does not include minor illnesses and health issues such as colds, allergies, internal or external parasites or umbilical hernias. However,
9 . We can’t assume responsibility for the puppy/kitten after 72 hours of the sale. It is the responsibility of the buyer to care for the puppy properly and keep it free from harm. Please remember that your puppy/kitten must be treated with great care and protected from danger.
10 . We assume no responsibility for any medical expenses incurred after the sale.
11 . We assume no responsibility for training difficulties or behavior problems. Buyer will receive an informational packet on how to train their new puppy and if you need any assistance our trainer will be ready for that.
12 . We do not guarantee size. We will give the buyer the weight of the puppy’s parents and the weight of other puppies toy breed if needed. We can give the buyer an educated guess as to full grown weight, but there are too many variables besides genetics.
13 . We do not guarantee fertility or ability to place in shows. The puppy/kitten is strictly sold as a TOP QUALITY PET.
14 . We are not responsible for puppies or kittens which develop Hypoglycemia after the pet is in the new owner’s possession. The buyer will receive information on what to do if this occurs.
15 . If for any reason I am unable to keep the puppy/kitten, you can return the puppy/kitten within the first 7 days, only half of the purchase price will be refunded after the puppy/kitten has been placed in his/her new home. The other half will cover the cost of re-advertisement and keeping the puppy/ kitten current on vaccinations and de-worming until the puppy is placed in his/her new home. If the puppy/kitten is returned after 7 days no money will be refunded.
