1 . Once you are OK with the price, you can contact us for photos and videos.
2 . Will send you the photos and videos with 1-2 days.
3 . When you receive the photos and videos for the puppy or kitten that you like, you need to put down payment within 24 hours.
4 . This payment is non-refundable, unless there is a problem with the health of your pet.
5 . After the down payment, you need to wait 15-20 days until the puppy or Kitten arrive to Dubai.
7 . Before arrival to keep you updated on the date of arrival so you will be ready to receive your Pet.
6 . After arrival, will keep the Puppy or Kitten 2-3 days for the health check up and to avoid any reaction on the new environment.
7 . When you take your Pet, you will need to follow the whole instructions that we will provide to keep your Pet health.
8 . If you don't follow our instructions, the guarantee will be lost.
9 . we will provide free consultation & medication for the first three day for any sickness cause by the new environment changes.
10 . will keep you updated when we receive the vaccination history and if there is any vaccine require, we will do it free of charge.
11 . within the first 15 days, if you take the dog to any clinic and you do any vaccine without informing us, the guarantee will be lost it.
